As posted in the coding section, I will be offering free C++ lessons to those who want to learn. If you want to register for the course, you can do so here:
http://xhoom.com/moodle/
The first lecture will be Sunday the 9th of this month, at 2PM EST. I would urge anyone who can to make it, but for those who cant the chat log will be posted on the site.
There are 3 requirements for the course.
- Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Compiler [or other compiler that you know how to use.] We will provide help setting up Visual C++ 6.0, though not with any other compilers.
- Registered on irc.rizon.net . You must register with nickserv. If you don't know how to use IRC, try googling mIRC. Then, /server irc.rizon.net and /join #cpp_lessons To register your username with nickserv, try typing /msg nickserv register help. You must use the same IRC name as the website name
- You need to register on the site posted above ( http://xhoom.com/moodle/ ) and post your username in this thread.
I also recommend reading this topic: http://xhoom.com/moodle/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=1
Note that it is required to read Chapter 0 before the first IRC lecture.
So, anyone who wants to participate, get registering!
