i got this error when wanted to release a win api

i was looking at google,but found nothing,

I always do static linking with mingw, look in the lib directory for a file called libgtk-win32-2.0.a or something similar, as long as it ends with .a

Then manually add /lib/libgtk-win32-2.0.a instead of -lgtk...
