Press and hold your left mouse button while you changin ur weapon from machine gun to granede ( while you in a combat ) you will throw your granede and press your left mouse button again than here we go you will throw your second granede instantly!

Iam already use it but it make no much damage ! It an client side bug, not from the online server!
So do not panic!
