it might be the ip range ban but he can join with his laptop, it should be the hardware ban then. I havent noticed pb started ban hardware serials again, recently.
You can try changing ur MAC address, if that is the only key that they hash. If they re hashing serials of your motherboard or sth else, u have a harder job to do.

It has nothing to do with ip range ban i can play on my laptop but not on my pc if it is mac adress should laptop and pc have the same mac adress? 2922mi0.jpg this is what it says when i try to join any iceops server on my laptop i can play as i say it has nothing to do with internet if it was internet than my laptop wouldnt work also is it possible to change your hardware serial key if so what program can i use ?

problem solved install windows xp on another hard disk and use pbdownforce to change harddisk ID now i can play again
