What operating system? 32/64? Are you running latest steam version of the game this does not work for alteriw3

Can anyone else confirm it doesnt work? I built it in windows XP 32, but works fine in my windows 7 x64 so there should be 0 problems.

Yes should do maybe have the loader problem again. Not 100% probably will have to let me know.
