Thread: what the hell is going on

i havent played et in like 2 years, recently reinstalled it and now i cant get into a single server , i get these issues while trying to join a server :

1) Server disconnected for unknown reasons ( this is rare)
2) Game crashes when map is fully loaded ( iam using eth32 , perhaps whaleclient was doing that not sure tho)
3) ok this is the one thats the biggest problem for me , i am BANNED from almost all the servers for DIFFERENT reasons , some say banned for using aimbot which is funny because those are 2.56 servers and i have never ever played on version 2.56 before. I deleted my etkey , got a new etkey , updated punk buster still the same error . Then i thought i would try my luck on a cheat-server , so first i went to a *C cheat server all bots and just have a look at what it had to say" Banned : Emty guid is not allowed , enable ur punkbuster and come back " Expires : Never . Well , ok i thought wtf lets go to 45th and this is what i get "Banned, Reason : Bye , Expires: Never ". Well wtf is going on.

Maybe an PID and Namechanger was used so someone could play with your soldiar

3: This happens when pb is not updated and enabled..
So, enable pb and update it.

your pb is VERY old. go to PunkBuster Online Countermeasures

download the update. enable PB. make sure you have an etkey. do /pb_cdkeyreg in console to get one if you dont have one.

like i said in the original post , i had already updated punkbuster via pbsetup.exe , i can only think of one reason why iam banned , i tried to enter using the name "Noob" which is probably too common and someone may have been botting with that nick i dont know, but that doesnt explain the "emty guid" ban from *C cheat server and "no reason" ban from 45thID server.

ok i finally managed to get into a server WITHOUT any bot , then i decided to join with the bot (CRUSHR flex) and i get this " server disconnected for unknown reason " every time. Plz look at the image i have uploaded maybe u can identify the problem.

oh i forgot to mention one more thing, when i get that error , my profiles disappear from the profiles window , they are still there in the profiles folder but do not show up in the profiles window of the game.

i think this will happen when the mod is not supported

rofl? it was etmain , does anybody have a clue of what the problem might be.
