Record yourself using the demo in EnemyTerritory so you don't get FPS lag.
Then open that file and watch it with fraps and record your demo that way, you do not have FPS lag during gameplay.

it's better than fraps imo
does gamecam lag at all and whats the pause button?
how much fps can it record at
and how long can it record for
whats avidemo and how do i use that thanks
Fraps can record at any FPS. It has options for 25, 30, 50, 60, and custom. GameCam is good also but it puts the GameCam logo on your videosI like fraps the most and think it is the easiest one out there.
I could post a full version of fraps on here for you but since wares aren't supported here you'll have to hit me up on msn if you want it.
avidemo is an ingame cmd.
just type /avidemo 30 and et will write the frames directly into your screenshots folder.
then just download jpg2avi or something to put them together.
here is a good tutorial.
