I was thinking the same thing, I know its been down for a little while now. Is there a rough estimate when it will be back up?

No not really , but there has to be done so much because we moved the site.
But it will be back as soon as we have time , but i cant tell you the exact date.
For now use Directory Listing of /cuext/ for downloading and uploading

i dont know if this is just me but when i click on like runescape hacks or some thing all it says is some bots!! what do i do after that!!!!

Xhalt still needs to put all hacks on database, thatst why you cant download them. Check the forums to get RS hacks
