call duty 1 up to 4 was based on the q3 sdk(GPL) and there aren't released the scr lol

Nope, all of them are using a proprietary license. For Call of Duty 4, Infinity Ward created its own proprietary graphics engine-based on the Quake graphics engine, albeit it's heavily modified.

Urban Terror has a proprietary license for it's mod and data (the game and what not) while the engine is GNU GPL

People scrounge off a public source (released under GPL license) then when asked to release the edited source they refuse, wankers ?
