Programming is safe for most but it seems there are small risks for some individuals.

-Mild myopia includes powers up to -3.00 dioptres (D)
-Moderate myopia, values of -3.00 to -6.00D
-High myopia is usually myopia over -6.00D (small risk of detachment.)

Seeing flashes and lights after PC use is not a cause for concern according to what I read. Floaters in the eye are normal.

You don't get them from PC use. xD
But if these suddenly increase or change significantly then go check up.

And then there is the minus lens eyeglass. xD
If your eyeglass is minus lens they say it makes dioptres worse rather than fixing it.
They say plus lens is best.

I think these plus or minus lenses thing just means your prescription dioptres should be exact or a bit less
than what your dioptres actually is. Some good eyeglass stores give a bit less but some
cheapskate stores put a bit more dioptres than what you actually need. Very unprofessional.
So just insist on lower dioptres. xD Ophthalmologist or eye doctor would be better choice since they
do offer the same service of get eyeglass. They say regular glasses is actually better than contacts lenses.
Ophthalmologist is different from Optometrist. xD

Okay it seems plus lenses are reading glasses. xD
