there are no 'ping' cheats, goto an better ISP to get lower ping, if u have an slow connection.. just start downloading and ur lagging

You can set ut_timenudge to the maximal negative value, or have a bot function that randomizes this value constantly.
Or you can detour cvar_set2 or the cvar syscalls and stop urt qvm from resetting cl_timenudge...

And com_maxfps is also a cute cvar in this respect.
Apart from /timescale (needs cvar unlocker).

But best is randomizing /snaps and cl_maxpackets.
