Client Hooking without SDK?

I know there must be a way to hook a client without having the SDK inplace...
If anyone could write a nice tut on that, that would be helpfull

The only thing you have to do diffrently is re-creating the game structs.

the rest is basicly the same.. (injecting into the game process, adding detours)
