i cant seem to get it to work i saved it to my desk top but it says its a compresed file and i have to go to another website to open it.what can i do?

Did you read the readme? =)

You need winrar to extract the file. That will give you a folder with the loader and .dll etc. Is that what you mean ?

When you install winrar right click on the file you downloaded to your desktop and go to 'Extract Here'. The folder it makes is the cheat.
